Can I keep logos after cancelling?

Yes. Assets downloaded on a paid plan remain usable under our asset-use terms. Trademark and copyright ownership stays with the relevant brand owner, and lawful takedowns still apply.

Do fallbacks count as successful requests?

No. We charge the allowance only when we deliver a resolved logo asset. A requested monogram fallback is clearly labeled and does not consume the monthly pool.

Can I use BrandRelay from my server?

Yes. Secret keys support server-side metadata, batch, correction, and export workflows. Publishable tokens are designed for browser image delivery.
