Asset use and takedowns
BrandRelay’s terms do not transfer rights owned by a brand or other third party.
Ownership
Logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Use them to identify a brand, not to imply endorsement.
Paid downloads
Assets downloaded while a paid plan is active may remain in the customer’s product after cancellation, subject to applicable law, brand-owner rights, and valid takedown requests.
Corrections and takedowns
Brand owners and authorized representatives can request correction, attribution changes, suppression, or removal through the contact channel. Withdrawn assets are no longer served, including pinned versions.
